The Pavilion

Up to 200 Guests | 5,000 Sq. Ft.

The Pavilion is the heart of Cougar Ridge Resort, a covered open-air venue with a stunning mountain backdrop designed to bring people together. Featuring a built-in dance floor, it is fully equipped with a catering kitchen, barbecue, and bar to make gatherings seamless. Grassy lawns and glowing fire pits invite cozy conversation, while the versatile space welcomes everything from concerts and receptions to trade shows and casual get-togethers, always providing an unforgettable setting.

The Grand Lodge

Up to 50 Guests | 16,000 Sq. Ft.

The Grand Lodge combines lodging, meeting, and entertainment spaces under one roof. The three-story lodge features four master suites, a full-service kitchen, multiple bars, and versatile indoor and outdoor areas, along with unique amenities such as a bowling alley, virtual golf simulator, wine cellar, theater room, fitness center, and hot tubs. Expansive decks, fire pits, and sweeping ranch views create a seamless transition from focused sessions to relaxed social time.

Event Lawn

Up to 30 Guests | 1,200 Sq. Ft.

The Poolside Event Lawn offers a bright, open-air setting next to the resort’s pool and cabanas, featuring eco-friendly astroturf, vibrant umbrellas, and accessible barbecues. Its flexible layout is ideal for everything from yoga sessions and stargazing evenings to receptions, brunches, and cocktail hours. With its lively yet laid-back atmosphere, the Event Lawn brings a fun touch to any celebration.

Barn

Up to 75 Guests | 1,200 Sq. Ft.

The Barn combines the charm of a working barn with the comfort of a modern venue, just steps from the Grand Lodge. With expansive ceilings, abundant natural light, and original horse stalls repurposed as cozy nooks, it creates an inspiring setting for everything from strategy sessions to team-building events. An adjacent fire pit and nearby horse arena add to the relaxed atmosphere.

The Cliffs at The Ranch House

Tucked into red rock cliffs with sweeping views of Boulder Mountain and a tranquil pond below, The Cliffs at the Ranch House offers a secluded, private setting for any occasion. This outdoor venue blends natural beauty with quiet elegance. The spacious deck provides optional covered space, allowing for comfort and flexibility in any season.

The Outdoor Field

Up to 1,500 Guests | 10 Acres

Set on ten acres of open fields with sweeping mountain views, The Outdoor Field offers a spacious and versatile outdoor setting for festivals, weddings, and large gatherings. This expansive meadow can accommodate large-scale events or be tailored for intimate celebrations.

The field can be mowed to create custom layouts—whether a ceremony aisle, seating area, or unique event design—and offers the flexibility to host both ceremony and dinner under the open sky. Located just steps from The Pavilion, it’s easy for guests to transition between the field and reception spaces for a seamless experience.
